Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern access to todall.com and the Todall service. By using the service, you confirm that you have authority to act for the business account you represent and agree to these terms and any applicable order or subscription agreement.

The Todall service

Todall provides software intended to help collision repair businesses organize operational information and workflows. Features may change as the service improves. Todall does not replace professional repair judgment, legal advice, insurer requirements, safety procedures, or a business’s responsibility for its records and work.

Accounts and acceptable use

Customers are responsible for authorized users, accurate account information, appropriate permissions, credential security, lawful use, and the content they enter or transmit.

  • Do not access accounts or data without authorization
  • Do not interfere with service security or availability
  • Do not upload malicious code or unlawfully collected content
  • Do not misuse communications features for spam or harassment
  • Do not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits

Customer data

As between Todall and the subscribing business, the business retains its rights in customer data. The business authorizes Todall to process that data as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted service. Each business is responsible for notices, permissions, retention rules, and lawful instructions relating to its data.

Intellectual property

Todall and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, design, documentation, branding, and related materials. Feedback may be used to improve Todall without restriction or obligation, provided it does not disclose customer confidential information.

Availability and third-party services

The service may depend on third-party infrastructure and integrations. Todall works to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every integration will remain available.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement. Each shop remains responsible for repair decisions, estimates, authorizations, customer communications, regulatory compliance, financial records, and vehicle safety.

Suspension, termination, and changes

Access may be suspended for security threats, unlawful use, nonpayment under an applicable agreement, or material breach. Current terms will be posted here when updated. Material contractual rights in a signed customer agreement control if they conflict with these website terms.
